The OHS Computer Concepts classes sent out fan letters to businesses and celebrities. Two more students have received responses: Abby Cheesman got a reply from Hershey and Jaiden Osborn received an autographed picture from Johnny Depp!

Our second graders are published authors!Their book is titled “When I Grow up.” To celebrate they had a book publishing party! The students dressed as the occupation they wanted to be when they grow up. They each read their page to the class! Their future is looking bright! ⭐️

On Thursday, Rowan Bailey, Jorie Weber, Maggie Bailey, and Landon Baker placed 3rd in the regional high school Brain Games at Rend Lake College.

The LEIC Conference track meet scheduled for Saturday, April 29 is at Newton, instead of Lawrenceville as stated on the schedule. The meet begins at 10:00 AM.

Students on the second floor have been working on a goal of reading 1,000 books during 4th quarter! They reached the half way point on Friday so they got to silly string Ms. Littlejohn!
OHS FBLA members attended the Illinois FBLA State Leadership Conference on Friday and Saturday. Congratulations to Jorie Weber for competing in Help Desk and placing 9th overall.
