TRS - Teachers pay 9.0% plus 0.9% for THIS
District pays NEC of .58% and THIS of .67%
3 Personal Leave days that can accumulate to 5 - after that, any days are added to sick leave
14 sick leave days; after 15 years, employees accumulate additional leave days
Unused Sick Leave days are reported to TRS for credit when they retire
Sick leave accumulates to 340 days – When you retire, you may receive a maximum of two years (340 days) of service credit for unused, uncompensated sick leave

Days without pay are only available after all other days have been used
