Just a reminder that if you receive a NOW food bag every week, you are welcome to come pick them up at the Grade School until 2:00 today.
Due to poor rural road conditions, Oblong Schools will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 30, 2026, to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families.
If your student receives a NOW food bag and you would like to pick it up, it will be available tomorrow at the Grade School Office from 8:00 - 2:00. We do have extra bags available if someone needs one, please stop by the office.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the school custodial staff, village, and township crews for their continued efforts to improve the roads, sidewalks, and parking lots. I truly appreciate the time and dedication it takes to keep our community safe, especially during challenging conditions.
