September 21, 2009 in the Elementary Library. The hearing was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by President
Poehler with the following physically present: Bailey, Pinkston, Sparks, Higgins, Musgrave, Pusey, and
Poehler.

by Sparks and seconded by Pusey to adjourn at 7:48 p.m. Roll call

– yea. Motion carried.
