Action by the Board of Education in adoption of the Consent Agenda

at this point of the agenda means that all items appearing in the

agenda which have asterisks (*) in the right hand column (which

items constitute the consent agenda) are adopted by one single

motion unless a member requests the withdrawal of any item under

the consent grouping for independent consideration contingent upon

approval by majority of a quorum of the Board. Generally consent

agenda items are matters which the Board and Superintendent consent

are routine in nature and focus on other-than-routine matters on the

regular agenda.

to seat new board members and reorganize.

2. Present and approve budgets for Unit #4

3. Approve summer tutoring program

4. Approve making application for Title I, II, IV, V, Block Grant, Reading *

Improvement, Pre-K Grant, Birth-3 Grant and At Risk

5. Approve FBLA request to attend National conference in Chicago,

IL on June 28 - July 2, 2007.

6. Approve Physics Teacher request to take students to Physics Day at Kentucky

Kingdom, Louisville, KY. on May 10, 2007.

7. Approve request to host a Basketball Camp for students in grades 1-9

June 12-15, 2007.

8. Approve request for High School Volleyball Team to host camp at

Oblong Grade School July 16-19, 2007.

9. Approve request to host Junior Football League camp August 1-3, 2007.

10. Approve request to host High School Football camp June 4-5 &

July 16-19, 2007.

11. Approve request for High School Boys Basketball Team to attend team camp

at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, IN July 8-11, 2007.

12. Approve request for High School Girls Basketball Team to attend camp

at Robinson High School on June 8-9, 2007 and at Martinsville High School

on July 20-21, 2007.

13. Approve request to host summer High School and Junior High Band Camp

and Marching Band Camp July 30 - August 3, 2007.

14. Approve Senior Class trip to Turkey Run State Park on May 15, 2007.

15. Approve FCCLA, Student Council, and Scholastic Bowls trip request to Holiday

World on Thursday, May 31, 2007.

16. Approve Cultural Arts trip request to the Exotic Feline Rescue Center in

Jasonville, IN on May 1, 2007.

17. To go into closed session to consider information regarding appointment,

employment or dismissal of an employee and negotiations.
