      Action by the Board of Education in adoption of the Consent Agenda

      at this point of the agenda means that all items appearing in the

      agenda which have asterisks (*) in the right hand column (which

      items constitute the consent agenda) are adopted by one single

      motion unless a member requests the withdrawal of any item under

      the consent grouping for independent consideration contingent upon

      approval by majority of a quorum of the Board.  Generally consent

      agenda items are matters which the Board and Superintendent consent

      are routine in nature and focus on other-than-routine matters on the

      regular agenda.

   1.  Approve bids for fuel, milk, tires and bakery products.

 

   2.  Approve District fees, registration fees, admission prices, breakfast,

        and lunch prices.

 

   3.  Authorize Fritz Wheeler to be in charge of the District in the absence of                                  *

        the Superintendent.

 

   4. Approve High School and Grade School Student Handbooks and Administrative                     

       Guideline for Employees for the 2010-2011 school year.

 

   5.  Approve High School and Grade School Athletic Codes for the

        2010-2011 school year.                                                             

 

   6.  Approve agreement for the DriverÕs Education car for the 2010-2011 school year.

 

   7.  Discuss High School Band trip to Holiday World on August 21, 2010.

 

   8.  Approve request by Student Council to install vent in football concession stand.

 

   9.  Discuss request by Oblong Music Boosters for painting the High School Band

        and Grade School Chorus rooms.

 

 10.  Approve installation of a new outdoor light on Grade School building.

 

 11.  Approve purchase of new chiller for Grade School air conditioning unit.

 13.  To go into closed session to consider information regarding appointment,

            Student Registration Dates:

                        Monday, August 9, 2010 - 12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM

                        Tuesday, August 10, 2010 - 12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM

 

            Registration for Grade School Students will be held at the Grade School

            and Registration for High School Students will be held at the High School.
