Our school is located
on the west side of Oblong on Illinois Route #33. Oblong Grade School was
built in 1912 and our art rooms were originally the cafeteria and kitchen.
The room that was the kitchen is now a room used for ceramics and special
larger projects. It is also our clean up area.

The second room contains work tables, lockers,
and houses the PARKER DESIGN LAB. This lab got its start from a generous
donation from George and Pauline Parker. Their donation got the mouse moving
and helped make our computer lab a reality. We are a MacIntosh Lab specializing
in Graphic Design. We have a High School class specifically for this purpose
and we also teach night classes through Lincoln Trail College for both Adobe
Illustrator and Photoshop. We use Adobe Illustrator, Abobe Photoshop and
QuarkXPress to create and meet the needs of our school and community.
The main room is where we do most of our work.
Our classes include students from the 4th grade through High School. Our
High School students are bussed to us three times a day. The facilities
at this location meet the needs of all our students.
